1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SynapticAI ("the Service"), operated by Dacosoft Solution SRL (RO45873293), a company registered in Romania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SynapticAI is an AI model aggregation platform that provides users with access to multiple artificial intelligence models through a single, unified interface. The Service includes access to various AI models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral AI, and DeepSeek, subject to your subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Full access to GPT suite with unlimited conversations.
• Pro Plan ($20/month): All models including GPT-5, Claude 4, Gemini 2, Llama 4, faster response times, smart model routing, priority support, analytics dashboard, and full API access.
• Business Plan ($200/month): Everything in Business plus dedicated team workspace, centralized billing, custom assistant embedding into external systems, custom model fine-tuning, dedicated account manager, and 99.99% SLA uptime guarantee.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Circumvent any access or usage limitations
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond permitted API usage
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dacosoft Solution SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any content, code, data, or materials you may access through the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through the Service using AI models is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated through the Service before using it for any purpose.

8. Third-Party AI Models

The Service provides access to AI models developed by third parties. Each model provider has its own terms of service and acceptable use policies. By using these models through our Service, you also agree to comply with the applicable third-party terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dacosoft Solution SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
